Condition 95%. Excellent antique Leitz triple turret microscope, c.1909. This is a high end model with focusing light source and dual diaphragm apertures to control intensity. The bed has various scales and guides and there is a dual focus ability. This is a serious scientific tool. The lenses are a no.3 and no.6 Leitz, and an oil immersion that has no maker but is of equal quality to the Leitz optics. The eyepiece is 9mm, though other eyepieces are of course readily available. We have a wooden box but it is not original to the microscope.
