Condition 94%. Good example of this super rare chrome version Super Nettel 35mm coupled rangefinder camera from Zeiss, c1937. Reportedly only 2000 of these were produced and those that do show up are usually in pretty poor condition. This example is in good condition, it has some brassing to the front door where it has rubbed on whatever surfaces it' s been in contact with (design flaw by Zeiss?) also to the rear chrome runners on the top and bottom plates. There is a shallow depression to the viewfinder housing and a few copper verdigris bumps under the leather of the rear door as so often found on Contax cameras of the same era .... but, unlike most other examples that show up this one actually works. Cleann Tessar 5cm F2.8 lens. Shutter speeds speeds are good, with no capping and excellent blinds. Rangefinder image is clear and aligned, viewfinder has very light haze but is perfectly usable without any hinderance.
