Condition 97%. Superb, near mint example of this lovely folding 6x9cm coupled rangefinder camera camera from Kodak c.1935-39. These are lovely cameras, featuring sleek leather, chrome and black enamel styling, coupled rangefinder focusing, 10.5cm F4.5 Tessar lens, Compur-rapid shutter. Clean lens and excellent shutter. These usually show up in poor shape, so to find one in this near mint condition is a rarity. None of the usual bumps and peeling to the leather, very clean black enamel with none of the ususal rust issues, the only real signs of use being some tarnsihing to one of the lens standard struts likely caused by the sweat in a user's finger when focusing. Otherwise as good as one could ever hope to find. The camera and case have been silver embossed with the initial M.C.S. Clean lens. excellent shutter. Clear rangefinder (these were never that easy to use, one needs to make sure they find the correct angle to keep your eye at a 90 degree angle when viewng). Full working order. Cased.
