Lots of brassing and marks to the body but most of the enamel is still intact, and no dents or dings.If you've not used a Leica 1a before they are a marvel: pocketable, ergonomic, with a ridiculously good viewfinder and a version of the Elmar lens that is famed for its plasticty and almost three-dimensional properties. I took one of these to Rome a few years ago and was shocked at how artful the results were. Good shutter speeds. Clean lens, free of haze, fungus or marks.
