Focus has been stripped, regreased and recolimnated so is smooth and easy to operate. Aperture is quick and clean. This lens features an auto stop-down aperture that is preselected by pushing the aperture ring down and selecting the aperture, then cocked by twisting the aperture ring clockwise; when the shutter of the camera is fired (provided the camera has a stopdown bar) the aperture stops down to your preselected F stop.
